N. Jakarta Needs Tour Bus to Boost Tourist

North Jakarta Tourism and Culture Sub-Department has proposed city tour buses (Ujung Marunda-Luar Batang) in Cilincing. It is because there are three mosques which have a high historical value, namely Al-Alam Marunda, Al-Alam Cilincing, and Al-Mukaromah. Moreover, the place is often visited by tourists.

“Unfortunately, due to limited transportation access, causing the number of tourist decreased. That's why we proposed city tour bus to facilitate the tourist for free,” said Head of North Jakarta Tourism and Culture Sub-Department, Suwarto, Thursday (4/23).

Seribu Islands Targeted Becoming World-Wide Tourist Destination

Suwarto expressed those mosques have a high historical value in Islam development era in Jakarta. Hopefully, the bus could boost the number of tourist.

“The mosque become historical evidence when propagation of Islam. People also need religious tourism with full spiritual enlightenment," he explained.
